Information for Speakers
All oral presentations will be held in room B103 of the Northwest Building. There are two categories of oral presentations: invited and contributed. The time allocations are as follows:

|Contributed||15 min.||5 min.|
The Program Organizing Committee makes the final determination regarding acceptance and the content of the program. Oral presentations that are accepted but cannot be accommodated as oral presentations will be accepted as posters instead. Please notify the LOC (firstname.lastname@example.org) as early as possible if you want to remove your contribution.
LCD projectors and computers will be provided for all oral sessions. The presentations are preloaded on the computers inside the session room by our technicians. You need to give your presentations to the technicians at the latest during the break prior to your presention or before the start of the first session of the day of your presentation. You will not be able use your own laptop. This will be strictly enforced. Details on the equipment which will be supplied can be found on the Audio-Visual Information page.
