Information for Poster Presentations
All posters will be in the Prefunction Area. Authors are encouraged to include a small picture of themselves on their poster to facilitate interactions with other attendees.
The poster boards are 3 feet wide x 4 feet long/high.
Push pins will be provided, though we encourage everyone to bring his or her own.
Posters may be displayed starting Monday morning 08:30, June 6.
Note that poster sessions end at 15:00 on Thursday. To save your poster, you must remove it before 15:00 p.m. on June 9. Any remaining posters will be removed and discarded after that time.
